We have worked on our brand platform by persona so that partners and network heads can easily identify themselves and engage in their community.
The needs are not the same and therefore at Progressium, the operators are different:
MUF
Multi Unit Forum brings together the community of Multi Pluri who own or are about to own concepts.
Multi Pluri franchisees or members are entrepreneurs who own several brands at the local, regional or national level.
NUF
Neo Unit Forum brings together the community of new franchisees and members.
The Neos are either job seekers, first-time entrepreneurs, employees and/or executives in retraining.
The Néo + are salaried directors of franchisees or branch managers.
