Our lexical field

He is a franchise recruitment developer in all its forms and/or associated business. He works by business unit on several brands and is therefore not an employee of the company he promotes. He is trained in the challenges and profiles of candidates for the brand.

He works without incoming requests through networking, direct approach, LinkedIn or even by co-optation. He must find the right brand in the right place with the right premises.

He works with incoming requests (commonly called leads) that come from our site, social networks, sites specializing in “matchmaking” or even the franchisor site.

He is a real estate developer. He must find the best possible location for a brand under the best conditions while respecting the technical, commercial and legal specifications of the brand.

He has two or three clients and manages for them the search for premises, the management of leases including commercial renegotiations and renewals. He generally supports the CEO or President on these matters.

We have an engineer for each type of network, they are professionals who have already held positions of responsibility either with a franchisor or as a network head. They analyze the situation, build the tools, make the adjustments as the client wants and then hand over to the developers. The process is the same as for a racing car between the engineers and the driver.

He must help partners in organized commerce and services grow on various subjects such as management, sales, management, training. He must master all his subjects but above all he must have natural leadership to achieve the objectives while defending the brand that employs him.

On the subjects of development and animation, our trainers have all practiced the training they provide.

All our managers have held operational positions in small or large networks such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Network Manager, Facilitator, Development Manager, Real Estate Manager, Developer, Expansion Manager.

Their role is to put their operational skills at the service of structures that are undergoing a period of instability such as the departure of an employee. They must replace but also organize, structure, close sites, manage a temporary crisis or even commit the company to its future transformation.
